A: The turnaround is usually between 7 and 10 days after the photoshoot, depending on the project's scale. Urgent turnaround can be discussed.
Q: HOW TO SECURE A BOOKING DATE?
A: A date can be secured by making a reservation payment online. This amount is deductible from the final invoice, ensuring the event date is exclusively reserved.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION?
A: Once the reservation fee is confirmed, the booking date is secured. Further details will be provided along with guidance for the next steps in planning the event.
Q: WHAT IS THE RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: If rescheduling is needed, please provide information as soon as possible, so that a suitable alternative date can be found.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations over 7 days before the shoot: No extra charges will be applied, but the deposit is not refundable.
Within 7 days of the shoot: 50% of the total fee will be charged, and the deposit is not refundable.
Within 48 hours of the shoot: The full fee will be charged, and the deposit is not refundable.
