Q: WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
A: Turnaround is usually 7 to 10 days after the shoot, depending on the project. If you need a quicker delivery, let me know, and we can discuss options.
Q: HOW TO SECURE A BOOKING DATE?
A: A date is secured with a deposit payment. This amount goes toward the final balance and ensures your booking is locked in.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION?
A: Once the deposit is received, your date is secured. You’ll get confirmation along with any relevant details for next steps
Q: What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy:
A: Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, let me know as soon as possible so we can find a new date.
Cancellations:
More than 7 days before the shoot: No extra charges, but the deposit is non-refundable.
Within 7 days of the shoot: 50% of the total fee is charged, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Within 48 hours of the shoot: Full fee is charged, and the deposit is non-refundable.
