Les Red agrees to provide photography and videography services as outlined in the confirmed booking. Services may include, but are not limited to, portraits, events, lifestyle shoots, and brand content.
Payment & Deposits
A £61 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the shoot. Failure to pay will result in cancellation, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.
Out-of-hours bookings (before 9:00 am or after 10:00 pm) will incur a £75 surcharge.
Booking Conditions & Travel Fees
Clients must confirm the date, time, and location at least 48 hours in advance.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this, a £50 late fee applies.
If the client is 30 minutes late without contact, the shoot will be cancelled and full payment will still be due.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside the agreed service area.
Delivery & Editing Turnaround
▷ Photography: Final edits delivered within 5–7 days.
▷ Videography: Final edits delivered within 7–14 days.
▷ Express delivery: Available at £50 (photos) or £150 (video) if requested at least 24 hours before the shoot.
▷ Revisions: One round of minor edits is included. Additional edits are charged at £172 per round.
Copyright & Image Usage
Les Red retains full copyright ownership of all images and videos.
Clients are granted a personal-use licence only (non-commercial).
If the client does not wish images to be used for promotional purposes, a £44 opt-out fee applies.
Commercial usage requires a separate licensing agreement.
Liability & Client Responsibility
Les Red is not liable for injuries, damages, or venue restrictions during the shoot.
If a venue prohibits photography/videography, the shoot will be cancelled and full payment will still be due.
Clients are responsible for arranging all necessary permissions prior to the shoot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancelled within 72 hours of the shoot, 50% of the total fee is still due.
Clients may reschedule once per booking, provided it is confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Additional reschedules require a new deposit.
Agreement
By paying a deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
