📌 Services Provided
LR Visuals agrees to provide photography and videography services as outlined in the agreed booking between LR Visuals and the client. These services include but are not limited to portraits, events, lifestyle shoots, and brand content.

📌 Payment & Deposits
50% deposit secures your booking. For bigger projects (£1,000+), it’s 60% upfront.
Balance is due 48 hours before the shoot. Simple.
Last-minute bookings (under 24 hours)? +£50.
Early morning/late night shoots (before 9 AM or after 10 PM)? +£75.
If payment isn’t sorted on time, the booking gets cancelled.

📌 Booking Conditions & Travel Fees
Clients must confirm date, time, and location at least 48 hours before the shoot
15-minute grace period for late arrivals after that, there’s a £50 late fee
30 minutes late with no contact, the shoot is cancelled, and full payment is still due
📌 Delivery & Editing Turnaround Photography:
Photos: Ready in 3–5 days
Videos: Ready in 7–14 days
Need it sooner? Fast-track delivery is +£50 (photos) / +£150 (video) if requested at least 24 hours before the shoot
Revisions: One round of small changes included. Extra edits are £172 per edit

📌 Copyright & Image Usage 
LR Visuals owns full copyright to all images and videos
Clients get a personal-use licence (not for commercial use)
Don’t want your images used for promotion? There’s a £44 opt-out fee
For commercial use, a separate licensing agreement is required

📌 Liability & Client Responsibility
LR Visuals is not liable for injuries, damages, or venue restrictions during the shoot.
If the venue does not permit photography or videography, the shoot will be cancelled with full payment still due.
Clients must ensure all necessary permissions are arranged before the shoot.

📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancelled within 72 hours of the shoot, 50% of the total fee is still due.
Reschedules are allowed once per booking if confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Additional reschedules require a new deposit.

📌 Agreement
By sending a deposit, the client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
