DON'Ts
Assume unagreed Terms: Do not assume anything that hasn't been explicitly agreed upon, especially before the shoot.
Over-Message: Avoid excessive messaging. Please be patient for a response.
Exceed Revision Limits: Do not ask for more revisions than agreed upon.
Verbal Feedback: Avoid providing feedback or amendments verbally, as it might be missed. Use written communication for clarity.
Knowing How I Work
Booking System: All shoots must be booked through my booking system to ensure I understand your needs.
Revisions: Three rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required before the project starts.
The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of the photos.
Late payments will incur a 5% fee per week overdue.
Communication Window: My communication hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. Please use WhatsApp or the agreed method of communication during this time.
What to Know
File Delivery: Completed work will be sent via WeTransfer or Google Drive.
File Storage: I do not store files for more than 30 days unless it's a long-term project.
Communication Response Time: Responses may not be instant, as I allocate specific times for different business responsibilities. Reasonable communication is expected.
